You must be a resident of Indonesia at the time of registration and throughout your use of nos79 services. You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction. You represent and warrant that you are not prohibited by law, regulation, court order, or other legal restriction from using online betting services. If you are subject to any form of self-exclusion, voluntary exclusion, or gambling ban (whether imposed by yourself, a family member, a court, or a regulatory authority), you must not create or use a nos79 account.
Each User is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account on the nos79 platform. Creating multiple accounts (commonly known as "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all accounts, forfeiture of balances, voiding of bets, and permanent ban from the platform. We employ sophisticated fraud detection systems to identify duplicate accounts based on name, address, email, phone number, payment method, IP address, device fingerprinting, and other technical identifiers.
To create a nos79 account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information as requested in the registration form. nos79 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian banking institutions and payment methods:
All transactions must be conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The name on your bank account must match the name registered on your nos79 account. Third-party deposits (deposits from a bank account not in your name) are strictly prohibited and will be rejected and returned minus processing fees.
Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method but typically range from Rp 25,000 to Rp 50,000. Maximum deposit limits are set at Rp 50,000,000 per transaction for major banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) and Rp 30,000,000 for other supported banks, subject to change based on your account verification status and transaction history.
Deposits are typically credited to your nos79 account within 1-10 minutes of confirmation by your bank. During periods of high transaction volume or technical maintenance, processing times may be extended up to 30 minutes. If your deposit is not credited within 30 minutes, contact customer support with your transaction reference number and bank transfer receipt.
nos79 does not charge deposit fees. However, your bank may charge interbank transfer fees or other transaction fees according to their own fee schedule. You are responsible for any fees charged by your financial institution.
Withdrawal requests can be submitted at any time through your nos79 account dashboard. All withdrawals are subject to identity verification and may require KYC documentation as described in Section 4.2. First-time withdrawals typically require full KYC verification before processing.
Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000. Maximum withdrawal limits depend on your VIP tier: Standard accounts may withdraw up to Rp 10,000,000 per transaction and Rp 50,000,000 per month; Silver VIP accounts up to Rp 25,000,000 per transaction and Rp 100,000,000 per month; Gold VIP accounts up to Rp 50,000,000 per transaction with no monthly limit (subject to reasonable verification procedures).
Standard withdrawal processing time is 2-6 hours during business days (Monday-Friday, 09:00-18:00 WIB). Withdrawals requested outside business hours or on weekends will be processed on the next business day. VIP members receive priority processing: Silver VIP withdrawals process within 1-4 hours, Gold VIP withdrawals within 1-3 hours, seven days per week including weekends.
nos79 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts, unusual patterns, or accounts with incomplete verification. Such reviews may extend processing time up to 72 hours while we verify the legitimacy of the request.
All deposits must be wagered at least one (1) time before withdrawal eligibility is achieved. This requirement applies to the base deposit amount only, not including any bonus funds. For example, if you deposit Rp 100,000, you must place at least Rp 100,000 in total bets (winning or losing) before you can withdraw any portion of your balance.
Bonus funds are subject to specific wagering requirements stated in the bonus terms, typically ranging from 10x to 40x the bonus amount. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds. See Section 6 for complete bonus terms.
nos79 reserves the right to refuse withdrawal requests if we have reasonable grounds to believe the account is being used for money laundering, fraudulent activity, or abuse of promotional offers. In such cases, the account will be suspended pending investigation, and law enforcement authorities may be notified.
nos79 offers various bonuses and promotional offers including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, loyalty rewards, and special event promotions. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be clearly stated in the promotional material and on the bonus offer page.
Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are available to eligible users once per person, per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times through duplicate accounts or other fraudulent means will result in forfeiture of all bonuses, voiding of associated bets, and potential account termination.
Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. Professional advantage players, bonus abusers, syndicate players, and individuals or groups engaged in systematic exploitation of promotional offers are not eligible for bonuses and may have their accounts restricted or closed at nos79's sole discretion.
All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (also known as turnover requirements or playthrough requirements). The specific wagering requirement for each bonus will be clearly stated in the bonus terms, typically expressed as a multiple (e.g., "25x wagering" means you must bet 25 times the bonus amount before withdrawal is permitted).
Different game categories contribute differently toward wagering requirements:
Wagering contributions are calculated on the bet amount, not the win amount. Voided bets, cashed-out bets, and bets placed on multiple outcomes of the same event do not count toward wagering requirements.
Each bonus has a validity period during which wagering requirements must be completed, typically ranging from 7 days to 90 days from the date of bonus credit. If wagering requirements are not met within the validity period, the bonus and any winnings derived from the bonus will be forfeited automatically. Time remaining on your active bonus can be viewed in your account dashboard.
While an active bonus is in your account, maximum bet limits apply. Typically, the maximum bet per spin/hand/round is Rp 25,000 or 10% of the bonus amount, whichever is lower. Exceeding maximum bet limits while wagering a bonus may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
Certain games may be restricted or excluded from bonus play due to their high RTP or low variance characteristics. Restricted games will be clearly listed in the bonus terms. Bets placed on restricted games while a bonus is active will not count toward wagering requirements and may result in bonus forfeiture.
You may request cancellation of an active bonus at any time by contacting customer support. Upon bonus cancellation, the bonus amount and any winnings accumulated while the bonus was active will be forfeited immediately. Your remaining real-money balance (if any) will remain withdrawable subject to standard terms.
nos79 reserves the right to cancel or confiscate any bonus at its sole discretion if we believe the bonus has been obtained fraudulently, abusively, or in violation of these Terms. This includes but is not limited to: betting patterns designed to exploit low-variance games, irregular play that appears calculated to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, coordinated play across multiple accounts, or any other form of bonus abuse.
All bets are subject to acceptance by nos79. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at our sole discretion, including but not limited to bets placed:
A bet is considered valid only when it appears in your bet history with a confirmed status and you receive a bet confirmation via the platform. In the event of any dispute regarding whether a bet was placed, nos79's transaction logs shall be the definitive record.
Odds and betting lines are subject to change without notice up until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time you click "Place Bet" may differ from the odds at the time your bet is confirmed, particularly for live betting markets which update in real-time. If odds change after you click "Place Bet" but before confirmation, you will be prompted to accept the new odds or cancel your bet.
Obvious errors in odds display (commonly known as "palpable errors") will result in voiding of bets at the incorrect odds. Examples include decimal point errors (e.g., 20.00 displayed instead of 2.00), inverted odds (favorite and underdog odds reversed), or odds that do not reflect a reasonable assessment of probability. nos79's decision on whether an odds error constitutes a palpable error is final.
Bet results are settled based on official results from the relevant governing body (e.g., league, tournament organizer, lottery operator). For sports betting, this typically means the result as declared at the end of regular time unless otherwise specified in the market rules. Overtime, extra time, and penalty shootouts are included only if explicitly stated in the market description.
Settlement times vary by sport and event. Most bets are settled within 1 hour of event completion. Complex markets (e.g., player specials, tournament outrights) may take up to 24 hours. Togel bets are typically settled within 15 minutes of official draw results being published by the lottery operator.
If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly, you must notify customer support within 14 days of settlement. Include your bet ID number and a clear explanation of why you believe the settlement was incorrect, along with supporting evidence (e.g., link to official results). Disputes raised after 14 days will not be considered.
If an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be voided and stakes returned unless the event is rescheduled and completed within 48 hours of the original start time. For multi-leg bets (e.g., accumulators, mix parlay), voided selections are treated as non-runners with odds of 1.00 (even money), and the remaining selections stand.
If a match result is overturned by an official governing body after initial settlement (e.g., due to a protest, doping violation, or technical ruling), nos79 reserves the right to re-settle affected bets in accordance with the amended official result. Such re-settlements may occur weeks or months after the original event and will result in balance adjustments to affected accounts.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the nos79 platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms:
Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of balances, voiding of bets, and potential legal action. nos79 cooperates with law enforcement authorities and will report suspected criminal activity including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, and identity theft.
nos79 makes every effort to ensure platform availability 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, network failures, or events beyond our reasonable control. We will endeavor to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where possible.
nos79 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from platform downtime, service interruptions, or technical malfunctions. If a bet cannot be placed due to technical issues, your only remedy is to attempt the bet again once service is restored (subject to availability of the market and prevailing odds at that time).
All games provided on nos79 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent testing laboratories. RTP (Return to Player) percentages are theoretical values calculated over millions of game rounds and do not predict or guarantee individual session outcomes. Short-term results can and do deviate significantly from stated RTP.
In the event of a game malfunction (e.g., software bug, display error, calculation error), all affected bets and payouts shall be voided. nos79's decision on whether a malfunction has occurred and which bets are affected is final. Our maximum liability for any malfunction shall not exceed the total amount of bets placed on the affected game round(s).
The nos79 platform may contain links to third-party websites, content, or services for your convenience (e.g., links to official sports league websites for result verification). nos79 does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for any third-party content. Your use of third-party websites is at your own risk and subject to those websites' terms and conditions.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, nos79's total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to your use of our services, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to your nos79 account in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
nos79 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or emotional distress, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You acknowledge and agree that gambling involves risk and that you may lose money. nos79 does not guarantee winnings and cannot be held responsible for gambling losses. You are solely responsible for managing your bankroll, setting personal limits, and gambling within your means. You may request closure of your nos79 account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests are typically processed within 24-48 hours. Before closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance in your account (subject to meeting wagering requirements and verification procedures). Any unclaimed balance remaining 90 days after account closure will be forfeited.

nos79 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any reason including but not limited to:
Upon account termination by nos79, any remaining balance will be returned to you via the payment method originally used for deposit, subject to deduction of any amounts owed to nos79, fraudulent gains, or costs incurred in investigating misconduct. If your account is terminated for fraud or Terms violations, nos79 reserves the right to withhold all balances and winnings.
If you do not log into your nos79 account for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months, your account will be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee of Rp 50,000 or 5% of the remaining balance, whichever is lower, deducted monthly until the balance reaches zero or you reactivate your account by logging in.
We will attempt to notify you via email before applying dormant account fees. To reactivate a dormant account, simply log in using your existing credentials. You may need to update your password if it has expired due to inactivity.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming industry standards and best practices. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of nos79 services shall be resolved according to the dispute resolution procedures outlined below.
